Terms of use

CrossBorder Select is operated by Burgeoning.

The directory provides information to help visitors identify company services providers. Listings and AI responses may be incomplete or out of date. Verify current services, prices, eligibility and legal or tax implications with a qualified provider before making decisions.

Sending an enquiry to the directory does not create an agreement with a listed provider or guarantee a response. Provider websites are operated by third parties and have their own terms.

Do not submit sensitive documents through the chat or enquiry forms. The public API and MCP tools are provided for reasonable read-only use and may be rate limited.

Questions about these terms can be sent to privacy@crossborderselect.com.
