What our listings mean and how we handle changes.
Provider information
Directory listings are assembled from an October 2024 export and subsequent reviewed updates. Service and country labels reflect the information recorded for a listing; they are not a guarantee of current coverage or a provider’s eligibility criteria.
We withhold historical prices and imported third-party ratings from public comparisons until their source, scope and current accuracy are reviewed. A missing value means unknown. Our AI chat uses the published directory records and should identify unsupported questions as unknown.
Provider claims
A provider representative can verify an email address and request access to their listing. We review the person’s connection to the provider before granting access. Approved representatives may suggest updates, which we review against supporting sources before publication. A claimed listing is not a credential, service verification, or editorial endorsement.
Placement and sponsorship
Ordinary listings are ordered by provider name. Paid placements appear in a separate, clearly labelled Sponsored section before ordinary results. A placement request alone never changes order; a placement becomes active only after manual approval for set dates. Payment does not change our factual descriptions or editorial standards. Sponsored outbound links are marked accordingly.
Customer reviews
CrossBorder Select community ratings use only reviews submitted to us by customers who verify their email and pass editorial checks. The displayed count is the exact number of approved, published reviews. We do not assign a numeric community rating when no reviews are approved. We ask reviewers for private details about the service they used so editors can check the claim. We reject conflicts of interest, fabricated experiences, spam, personal attacks, and sensitive personal information. We may ask for changes or remove a published review if new evidence warrants it. Positive and negative reviews follow the same standards. Google and Trustpilot links lead to those sites and are separate from our community rating.
Corrections
New listings and corrections are reviewed before publication. If you see an error, send us a correction.
